
QuickHubs want you to be 100% happy with every purchase you make from us.
If you cancel your order before it is posted out to you, we will be able to
refund you in full.
If you have already received your order and are not entirely satisfied
with the purchase, you can return it and receive a refund for the
value of the goods. The postage costs incurred by QuickHubs will not be
refunded unless the order was delivered to you in error and there will be a £5 handling fee. You must however
return the order within 7 days of the date of receipt. All returned wheel trims
must be returned in the condition they were received in.
If you do decide to return your order, please package the goods securely
and download the appropriate return form below according to the make of order you
purchased. This form will contain the return address where the order should be returned
to. Please also include the order number, customer name and reason for return. A copy of this
should be included into the returned package so we can isolate the order. Please also send
a copy to mail@quickhubs.com.
If you are exchanging your order please clearly indicate on the returns form what you would like to exchange the products for.
Please note that all refunds are made on the 1st day of every month for the previous months cancelled orders or returns.
No refund can be made before this date.
Important Information: The return forms below are not suitable if you have purchased reproduction trims. Please contact QuickHubs direct if you wish to return any Reproduction trims.
We recommend that all returned orders should be sent recorded-delivery. QuickHubs cannot
refund any product that it has not received. Please note that you will be responsible for the
costs of returning the items unless they were delivered to you in error, or if the item was
damaged on arrival. We do not refund any priority, express, or courier component of any postage
charges incurred by you.
